Package frome virgin and o2

Hi

I took a contract out with virgin in December,but when it come to the install week they pushed back 3 times so decided to cancel today 5 th jan,am I allowed to cancel the o2 that come with it?

You can cancel if you are within the first 14 day change of mind period

Out of 14 days O2 will only cancel if you are transferred from Virginmedia.

Ordinary CS won't handle such requests
