Hi
Ive just been moved from Virgin to O2 and downloaded the app onto my iPhone and iPad. Neither gadget will display my usage or allow me to check or change my contract. I just keep getting a message on the usage section saying there is a problem and to try again later. Any suggestions please?

A quick search on this community would have told you the answer.
It can take a few days after the port from Virgin, before the app is accessible. after a couple of days if still not working then you will have to call customer services on either 202 or 0344 809 0202
