Hi folks,

im brand new to o2.

I only yesterday signed up to a pay monthly contract and issued my EE PAC code online.

The new O2 sim has already arrived and I’ve put it in my phone and it shows a new number but the sim is already active it appears.

Do I need o do anything for the PAC to swap my number or just wait?

any device appreciated

paul

@Thackers O2 doesn't port numbers on the weekend. The earliest your port will happen will most likely be Tuesday, but switch your phone off and on periodically starting Monday. You can also speak to customer service to follow up on the port progress:

@Thackers

Yes you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
