Hi, I’m on the bundle deal from Virgin Media Broadband. But my data allowance is wrong 4GB agreed but only got 2GB. My sim card delivery address is wrong without house number

The address being different may cause issues.
You need to contact O2 to correct it and ensure it is the same as your Virgin account address.
