Good afternoon, I have a mobile phone contract through virgin media, but since my other mobile data contract has now switched to O2, I can no longer view my mobile phone contract details as I can no longer sign into virgin media

Is this the contract for the handset, if so you will need to talk to Virgin. 150 from a Virgin Landline or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.
If it is airtime SIM contract then
You will need to contact O2.
