I had a Virgin Mobile family account that had 4 mobile numbers registered to it under a single monthly bill.
I moved one of the mobile numbers from Virgin Mobile to O2 and created an O2 account; which left me with 3 mobile numbers still registered on a Virgin Mobile family account.
When the "big move" from Virgin Mobile to O2 happened, this automatically created a new O2 account with the remaining 3 mobile numbers.
So, I'm now left with 2 separate O2 accounts which are billed separately each month.
Is there a way I can merge the two O2 accounts into one and just have a single bill for all for 4 mobile numbers?

It is possible to semi merge accounts now but it's not a perfect solution.
Try the below steps to try and re-link your accounts?
Login to My O2 with one account
From the My O2 drop-down menu select 'Manage your details'
Your delegates
Add Delegate
Enter details and add Delegate for the other account
You will then get an email to your associated email account, follow the link in this email.
Read the details and accept.
Enter information and submit.
Both accounts should then show on your original login.

Currently not possible until all the Virgin migrations are complete.
