I'm trying to swap my old number (with Lebara) to my new o2 sim but I can't send a text to 20220 from my old SIM card because my plan was cancelled. I gave my old phone number (that I want to keep) to you as part of the order process for my new contract. Do I need to do anything to make the swap happen?

Thanks! I realised that after I sent it. Confusing as I got here by clicking a button that claimed I'd be helped by a virtual assistant! Will try contacting customer support in the morning 🙂
