I changed from payg to pay monthly and ported my number and it looks like the sales person registered the new pay monthly one with wrong email address so can’t verify or see any emails. I’ve tried to change it but says the correct email is associated with another user. I’ve had to change the username to a different email address but it won’t let me confirm the mobile number as again says associated with a different account. Tried contacting cs by Twitter DM but they said they are only dealing with vulnerable customer’s queries.
Any suggestions or should I just to wait until normal service resumes?

You can change your email address if you go into My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

and look for the section My Details. Your email address will be there and just change it to the correct one.
