why cant i access my o2 via the app or online? i put my details in and its says ( oops. my o2 isn't available to you yet) ive been using o2 for years and never had this issue. i just want to check my bills etc. i had deleted the app and re installed it but that didnt work. unable to get on to live chat. cleared o2 from my browser history and tried again with no luck. please can someone help me?

You need to contact O2.

202 have not resolved this, it's a tech issue.

It's effecting many hundreds of customers.
It needs reporting to 202 so they can log it against your account as an issue or else it may never get resolved.
