after a month of starting  my data contract I decided to  upgrade to higher package.

I did have my 1Gb data and with  Volts applied it doubled to 2Gb

I've now upgraded to 10Gb but was expecting volts to take that upto 20Gb but this is now showing on my account.  Am i correct in thinking i should be receiving 20gb now?

Thanks for any advice

@BrianBurdis

It will take 14 days to be applied after a tariff change.

Thanks for the reply.  I assumed as i already had Volts that it would apply to my new Tariff soon as it started.  Cant see why there had to be a 14 day wait.

Regards
