New number not show in O2 app

Hi, I recently got a new sim only plan under my O2 account. The new number is listed in the MyO2 web account, but not in the O2 app under Product & Services. Is there a way to force the O2 app to show the new number? Thanks, Kheiro

Logging in to app

Anyone else have problems logging into the app? It repeatedly sends me into a loop of logging in, getting phone authentication code, logging in again and so on. chatbot no help at all
