CAN SOMEBODY SORT THIS OUT AND HELP ME ?
I am in SA and I I am trying to pay my bill but the O2 system makes it impossible.
I have cancelled contract so I cant sign in to My 02 on the web and therefore I cant gain access to their confirmation code text because I have a data only sim and no way of reading it I cant get through on the phone because the "call from abroad" number is permanently engaged and the standard 0344 number cuts me off because I cant select an option their system accepts.
All I want is the 02 account number and sort code so I can make a payment from my bank.
I cant download the O2 app as my number is no longer valid so I cant download a copy of my bill I cant get to speak to anyone.
The outstanding bill relates to data only sim number [personal details removed]
Can someone contact me by email or whatsapp on [personal details removed]( my SA Phone) or [personal details removed] ( my UK phone) Don’t tell me to contact o
O2 on line or via the web numbers because I have spent over 2 hours already trying to sort this and their system is rubbish All I want to do is pay my bill!"!!
