i thought my nightmare with 02 CS was done with...  but it seems o2 owe me money.    they've asked me to add my bank details to my account, yet there is NOWHERE to put them.    also it has my visa card on file so just refund it to that or send me a cheque.   i've tried live chat (a BOT)   I'VE called CS   - I get india and put on hold for 20 mins ..   emails they send can't be replied to.      just want my money without all this hassle.
