@Corsair2020 If you received a text about your account it's a well known scam
Block the number and report it free to 7726.
Don’t open any links or enter any information.

O2 don't push messages to your phone

If it was a text then block the number

Call O2 to make sure your account is up to date

Do not open any link in the message
