New O2 Customer - cannot track order

Good morning all;

 

I placed an order on the 22nd November for a iPhone 12 Pro - i got the confomation email, however on my O2 i cannot see the order, and it says i have no products avaialble. I placed a 2nd order on the 23rd November, and it is the same story. Does anyone have any ideas?

 

Also, my iphone delivery is delayed - is there any way i can change it to a pick up instead?

You won't be able to track the orders until it is dispatched by O2.

They will send an email when dispatched http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/how-to-track-your-order#qs

To make any changes, you need to contact customer service.

Or 202 from your O2 mobile.
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
