proof of%20purchase

Hi, I need proof of purchase or a reciept for my handset to claim the cashhback through Huawei's website.

I have found evey other document on My O2, but not an actual receipt or invoice etc.

O2 are not accetping calls, so I cannot request one.

Any ideas?

They are accepting the document in My Orders, download and save as pdf then use that
