Nobody here can access your account, @CJS1 - if this page does not help: https://www.o2.co.uk/prices

then you need to reach out to O2, the ways in here Guide: How to find help & contact O2 or use the social Media links just below to get them (trunaround time via Social Media can be up to 3 days, so be persistent).

Good luck!

@CJS1 The price increase is not specific to O2:

@Bambino I think the complaint here is not the rise but the fact that a present £9.16 is marked as going up to £13

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Whatever. The OP's post mentioned price increase, @Enlli, hence my reply.

Apparently the same text was sent to thousands of customers as an example price rise

This should have been followed by a second test pointing to an error

My tariff is £8.00 and I was sent the same as @CJS1

I'm still waiting for my "corrected" text.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Not seen the first one yet. Maybe they have been paused, which could screw up the idea of 30 days notice

Not sure that 30 days notice is required when it's written into the T&C's ??
