I have contacted O2 customer services and explained my circumstances when I was in South Africa- I have been charged £434, however I was never notified of the extra charges whilst over there.
O2 never notified that I was paying excess charges whilst being abroad. I only received a text off O2 stating the additional charges whilst I was on my way back from South Africa- I am absolutely devastated and so disappointed in this service as I would have expected contact from O2 prior to being charged this excess amount.
I have just turned 18 and was lone travelling for the first time- I never expected this large bill. I moved into university only this week, and have no financial capacity to pay these charges. Apparently I am due to renew my mobile phone subscription in the next few weeks?
