o2 my device shows old phone

When I use o2 app on my phone and go to "my device" it is still showing an older Samsung device although I changed phones a few months ago

Any suggestions?

You can change the device yourself in manage my device. (There is a pen icon next to it)

. However if this doesn't work then you need to contact customer services and ask them to update your account. Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Did you upgrade when you changed phones or take a new contract?

I took a new contract then moved my old number across, so looks like when the move happened they lost the details of the new phone. I'll get on the chat with O2 support when I get some free time....

Update.... several conversations with o2 and no result. Had difficulty even getting the to understand the issues. They simply changed the name... on MyO2 it still shows wrong IMEI and phone type.

I give in!
