this post is to do with the myo2 mobile app on my android phone, its not anything to do with a computer or web browser.
yesterday by some miracle I managed to start a live chat with an 02 customer services person in myo2 mobile app but I can't remember how I got there. I want to resume the conversation but cannot find it anywhere in the app. All I can find is the virtual assistant and I'm going round and round in circles, its driving me nuts. I even went online and found a huge list of faq's on this, none of them told me where it was.
can anyone help me find this?

We have a guide to help with that if you’re unsure how to use it Guide: How-to guide for My O2 And don’t worry if you get stuck because there’s an in-app messaging service you can use to chat with O2 who can help. Just go to the ‘Support’ tab and ‘Start a Conversation’ at the bottom.
