hi there, I have been getting constant calls out my bill being overdue from an anonymous number so I checked my o2 as it really says overdue. I then went to my debit account to see if the money was taken out like it usually dies every month, which it was! I would like my o2 to update the bill as I have paid, I really don't want to be charged for something I didn't do.

Hi @saramalikxox - you really need to talk to O2 about this, numbers are here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support - you'll get a better response by ringing around 08:15am UK time, the call queue is shorter and you have a better chance of getting onto it instead of being dumped after answering the questions.
