I have just transferred all my data to my new iPhone and erased my old one. However, it could not transfer my phone number to my new phone. How do I install my esim? I do not have a QR code. At the moment I have just transferred my physical SIM onto my new phone

Go into MyO2 and select the SIM menu and then eSIM 

Remove your old SIM before installing
