 I changed my tariff yesterday,think its an e-sim but dont know how to activate,cant receive messages so cannit log into my o2 ,what do i need to do ?

You need to contact customer service
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

If it's easier for you, go in store with photo ID and our advice would be to get a normal plastic sim to avoid issues such as this.
