I ordered a new phone case with an upgraded phone. DHL have tried to deliver it twice but it needs to be signed for and I am not in. I can not change the options for deliver to neighbour etc and it is not on my orders on My O2. I have ben to DHL and they said O2 will not allow them to give me the item over the counter. I have rang 202 and unless it is an emergency my call can not be connected. Does anyone know what I can do to get my order?

You'll need to call O2.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
