I am trying to contact 02 by email - this is almost impossible.

I have a query and would like an immediate answer.

I received a message (from 02?) saying there was a problem with my latest bill.

I assume that it was a spam message and checked online and my last bill had been paid ok.

However, I would like to try and get in touch with someone, online, without having to visit the 02 shop at Brent Cross, which is always very busy.

Is there a simple way of emailing a message to 02?

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.

O2 never text from a mobile number.

There is no email contact, but If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
