Hi, I cancelled this account over a month ago so why is it still open and why are you still charging me. I never used the number sent to me when I set up a contract in 2022 with Virgin. You took a payment from my account this month so I have cancelled the DD so you don't take another. Thanks

This isn't O2, sorry.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
Also, not a good idea to cancel a DD.
