I already left O2 and got the email about payment, I guess it is the final bill. but I cannot find the breakdown of payment amount due to that email just a summary information, that amount is higher than usual, so I have to check it. Now I sign in to My O2 and cannot see anything about my bill, so frustrated...
Another, I already cut the direct debit, is O2 providing another payment method to previously client?

You're advised to leave the DD in place until the final bill is paid.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
