I have a problem regarding paying my bill. I have been trying to pay it. However, my number has been disconnected. Therefore, I am not receiving any code on my number that is sent in order for me to access my bills and be able to pay the fee online.

You will have to call, using any phone or Skype for the 0800 number ( Guide: A Guide to Skype ) O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 ) or Social Media team, links below, @Reefal.
