Hi,I upgraded and signed up for another 2 years ,pay monthly.I was offered and took up the Disney free for 6 months offer.I now find I am paying £4.99 a month and locked into a minimum contract of 6 months.Any ideas?

I’m a new customer with o2. I can’t get into my o2 app! Also I ordered a phone on the 29th December, but I haven’t received and updates was supposed to get it within a day or 2. Keeps saying I don’t have an account!
