i thought my nightmare with 02 CS was done with... but it seems o2 owe me money. they've asked me to add my bank details to my account, yet there is NOWHERE to put them. also it has my visa card on file so just refund it to that or send me a cheque. ...

Need to change bank details

Hi I need to change the bank account details for all the payments registered to me. I also can only view my son's phone's details in My O2 meaning I can't make any online views of my bills or online changes. I need to change my bank details ASAP
