Resolved! Cancelling a plan

Hello, I would like to cancel my current plan ending in 162102 as I already have a new number and the number was supposed to switch over which I thought would end the plan by itself, this was what I was told by Virgin mobile.

Received a message saying my order has gone through ( nothing has been ordered). The link takes me to VAS chargeanother text confirmed o2 has now added my out of bundle reduction. Ive done nothing. Can you explain m?

New phone

My daughter has a new iPhone 14+ , her old one was an iPhone 8 - all her apps etc have transferred over however it’s still showing as no sim - she has read she needs to contact o2 due to her having an old iPhone - her number ends in 201 on my account
