Wont let me login to my 02 account

increase my spend cap

I am going abroad and want to increase my spend cap. The website is totally useless and keeps sending me round in circles. Need simple instructions. The best I got was go to Myo2 and found the spend cap, but then ended going round in circles.

Contract

My contract is coming to an end on the 9th February. I would like to then go sim only to reduce my monthly cost. Could you help me with this please.

Resolved! Cancel my Disney+ extra

Cannot cancel my Disney + Extra via the O2 App??? Just Wont let me do it. The App is rubbish and just keeps going around in circles. Cannot cancel on Disney site either, it just redirects me to the O2 App.

Resolved! Spend cap

HI. I got a message saying I've reached my spend cap limit so any out of bundle usage won't be possible. I don't know what this means. I have unlimited calls and texts and still have 29 GB of data left. Please can you help. Thanks

Hello, is it possible to delete a MyO2 account? (not to be confused with the Community account which CAN be deleted) If not, why is there no option to do so, like in most accounts?
