it is not about the waiting time, the call was cut off 

tried 5 times the same thing happens every time

We know it's frustrating @BLABLA  but as we are customers like yourself, we can only offer the advice we are given. Usually 8am is the best time to try.

With the very limited customer service we are experiencing I think this will continue for the time being. Frustrating for everyone and also for the community as we can't get an answer to everyone immediately
