account and app

i already have an o2 account ,but my other phone was with virgin which has just changed to o2 can i add to my existing account and app or do i need a seperate one for each phone

Currently you can't merge your accounts. When people are all moved to the new billing system(360) you will have that option again. Hope that helps and welcome to the forum 😉
