I have a phone/contract with o2 which I got on 10 03 2022.
Each time I log in, I just get the error
You don't have any products or services in my o2 account
I have rung customer services about 4/5 times,
all I get is wait it will be a bit longer, just wait
HOW LONG DO IT TAKE !

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

It's only been 5 days but your My O2 should have updated itself by now.
If using the app, delete it and reinstall.
If that doesn't work then I'm afraid O2 are the only people who can access your account to check what's going on.

When they set up the account, you may not see anything until the second payment goes out of the account
