Wrong mobile number on MyO2

My online account is all of a sudden showing a mobile number I have never seen and mine isn't present anymore.  I tried ringing it but it just ends the call instantly with no tone (ie not unavailable or engaged), so I presume it's not actually a provisioned number.  I cannot get anything from webchat, as no matter what I say, the response is "try saying it another way" and I have run out of ways to say "I have a problem with myO2 account" in English.

 

Any suggestions?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
