hi, I am looking to set up wi fi and 4g calling on my phone (s10 plus). I have installed and sign in to myO2. However, when I went to my devices, and then to the wi fi and 4g calling option, I am redirected to the help page (as opposed to seeing the option of adding the service). Does anyone know what could be the cause of the issue?

You have to call customer service to activate it on your account Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi Satman,

I am unable to call Customer Services due to the curent situation. I have looked at the contact list you showed me, none seem to say anything about Wi-Fi calling, can you advise which you feel would be the best one to try and use which method.....

Thanks

Try any number and say upgrade when asked why calling.
