Hi
Logged into my 02 account on my desktop today, only an old account showing (I have 3 current contracts which normally show on there, pay monthly).
My 02 app shows the same.
What is happening!!!
Does anyone from 02 know the cause of this?

O2 are updating myo2, and this is on my account, and they are also doing account migrations to a the new billing platform
So check back tomorrow or Monday on myo2, and see if you can see all your account details,

I would worry.
The old accounts will be registered to an old o2 email address that you have no knowledge of and it will take much in the way of high level intervention to get access back.

I have a similar issue, virtually impossible to talk to a human, on the two occasions I did I was unable to understand the agent.

You need to contact O2 @h-t. Unfortunately, this is a customer to customer community so we cannot access your account.

I have the same issue. None of my devices or the monthly amounts for the devices are showing up in my o2 either web or app. If I click upgrade now on either of them it tells me I can upgrade now with nothing to pay? So confused. Been like that for a month now since I migrated to new billing system.
