What's going on with this stupid app. It has me down for 4 phones and 4 contracts instead of one and is trying to charge me 4 times my bill. The website is fine and shows my actual bill. Can you sort this out !

Stick with the website for now, it could be down to O2's moving you from an old to the new billing system. Also unintalling the MyO2 app and reinstalling from the relevant app store can sometimes help.
Failing that, a call to O2 on 202 or a message to O2 Social Media on any of the links just below this post will get someone who has access to your account to confirm that all is well. Good luck, @MandyJ.

Hey thankyou. I have spoken to someone and they said its a fault with the app. I won't be charged a ridiculous amount. They gave me an email to message my issue anyway. All good now. Thanks for reply.
