O2 is scaming their customer under the name of Made4 mobile.
I called o2 customer team about this out of terrif charges and representative says I buy something online .when asked further more details and he was unable to explain anything ,I asked him to put a cap on terrif so I can't buy anything from outside my terrif and I need details via email what is this made4mobile. He promised me send details and put cap on my terrif .on next bill they charged me again. Its really surprising and frustrating that a famous company scam their customer.

Doing a search this seems to be going on a long, long time. I hate the Daily Mail but https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3580058/Thousands-hit-4-50-time-scam-Customers-facing-bills...
Seems these are just another on the long list of scammers
