Received a message saying my order has gone through ( nothing has been ordered). The link takes me to VAS charge
another text confirmed o2 has now added my out of bundle reduction. Ive done nothing. Can you explain m?

It's a text to all customers when they are being changed onto the new billing system
Nothing to worry about
O2 can't seem to send texts that actually make some sense
