You will need to contact business customer services on 8002 as business contracts should already come VAT friendly. 

Now if you are running a business with a personal contract then you will need to call customer services or message them on social media if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone

They may charge you to reissue the invoices.. 

You would be better off if the later, been on a business contract.
