Upgrade

Hi, I am due a upgrade I have my phone in my steps mums bank however I want to upgrade but through my own bank now, is that possible how do I go about it

This depends on whether the phone contract is in your step mums name. If it is, then you can't upgrade. You would have to apply for your own contract and undergo credit checks etc.
