I was told when signed up for comtract sim would need be with them for 3 months and now says that have to wait 4 minth and i been with them nearly 3 montha my bills alwats paid before hand so always in credit any idea why

Wouod there be anything they can do tho is the 6 month set even tho i was told 3 month

It still states 3 months on the website so they can circumnavigate this for you.

No on the website it says 4 months and 10 days but i have had 3 months with them nearly as this month is my 3rd payment

Sorry to be a pain again it has now been 5 months and says I still have to wait a month but yet the advisor who I had taken out the pay monthly sim with said would only be 5 months
