Unfinished online transaction, amount withdrawn from account

Yesterday, I made an online purchase on the phone. Monthly installments. While checking the card, the site reported an error. Money has been withdrawn from my account. I want to check if the transaction was successful

Usually the bank reserve the money until the item you purchase is accepted by O2. You could phone your bank or check online. If concerned you will need to contact customer services Guide: How to find help & contact O2 

You could also check in My O2 to see if the order is there.
