I have a Xiaomi Redmi 4 with dual SIMs (bought in South Africa). One SIM is used for SA, the other for London. I use O2 here without any problem - most of the time the SA SIM is switched OFF. I would like to use the "My O2" app, but according to Google Play "This app is incompatible with all of your devices". The local (North Finchley) O2 branch does not know how to fix this. I have tried online chatting you were also unable to fix this.

Hopefully, someone can help me to install My O2 on my O2 phone

You wont be able to fix it, as the device is not compatible, as the OS version is 7.1.2 and you need to be on a minimum of 8.0 to use myo2.

You will run into a lot of problems with such an old version of Android.
