I’m wondering how to turn off auto renewal for extras for Disney+ and I can’t see it anywhere in my 02

It should be in My O2 under Manage my Extras @Rmify 

You should be able to turn off auto renew.

If you can't, then you have to contact O2. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Go to your extras in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
Click on the + sign beneath your extra and then click manage.
Turn off the auto renew switch.
