I am currently overseas & have been trying to call customer service for days now, but l can never get through. So far, l have spent over £10 in Skype calls just hanging on the line, & l am NOT happy!

I recently changed my tariff & when this was done your employee removed my O2 Travel bolt on. I did NOT ask for this to be done. I will shortly need this bolt on but l cannot add it back on myself as l do not have phone service where l am currently staying, & cannot receive the SMS needed to do so.

I have tried twice to request this on the webchat, but keep being asked to call. Surely since the mistake is yours you should be able to reinstate the bolt on for me on my request.  Frankly the webchat is a waste of time as it takes 2-3 days to get a reply that is generic & cannot solve the problem.

I am trying this as a last resort to avoid paying for more Skype calls. I cannot keep hanging on for 45 minutes or more to rectify a mistake made by you. I hope to hear something from you soonest. When l get back l am seriously considering changing my provider after many years. @Toby

@Wendy10 You shouldn't have had to spend anything on Skype calls. Call +44800 902 0217 or +44800 032 1402 using Skype.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
