Please could someone assist me in the following.

Order was placed on the 16th August for a Samsung watch 7. When I received an email saying that order was received. Delivery date was for the 19th August. I have not yet received an email, provide me with a tracking no. Not sure what the waiting period is. My confirmation no is NC95083929.

Please could someone get back to me.
