I topped up my PAYG earlier today. When I logged on to MyO2 it told me that my password was wrong, needed 2 enter a new one. Put in my old password (which used 2 work) told me that I had already used that password! Put in a new one, that involved 5 texts from O2.Finally got in, added more money, told me it would take a couple of hours 2 update. 9 hours later both my phone and MyO2 haven't recognised my payment. Anyone tried to use the virtual assistant? It doesn't recognise anything I type even "balance" O2 you're ***** me off, I think I'll try another provider as U can't talk to them (try 2 find a contact phone number on their website) after 20:00. I don't call this service!
